Patient 2801: Patient is a 23-year-old male. He is 5’10” and weighs 188 lbs. Patient had complications with enlargement of bilateral breast tissue. Procedures include liposuction and direct excision of the residual glandular tissue for bilateral Gynecomastia. The total resection specimen was approximately 125 cubic centimeters from each breast.

Patient 2802: Patient is a 24-year-old male. He is 6’1” and weighs 198 lbs. Patient had complications with enlargement of bilateral breast tissue. Procedures include liposuction and direct excision of the residual glandular tissue for bilateral Gynecomastia. The total resection specimen weight was approximately 40 grams with an additional 100 ml of liposuction from each side.

Patient 2803: Patient is a 38-year-old male. He is 5’8” and weighs 185 lbs. Patient had significant breast glandular hypertrophy with enlargement of breast and nipple areolar as well as bilateral breast pain which progressively worsened over the years. Procedures include bilateral mastectomies for Gynecomastia and the nipple areolar was replaced as a free nipple graft. The total resection specimen weight for the left was 285.5 grams and the right was 282 grams.

Patient 2804: Patient is a 26-year-old male. Patient had complications with enlargement of bilateral breast tissue. Procedures include bilateral Gynecomastia.

Patient 2805: Patient is a 19-year-old male. He is 5’7” and weighs 185 lbs. The patient had concerns with the appearance of nipples and enlargement of male breasts. Patient presented with idiopathic Gynecomastia for which he had benign mild enlargement of his subareolar glandular tissue. Procedures include combined liposuction/lipo dissection and direct excision of residual glandular tissue.

Patient 2806: Patient is an 18-year-old male. He is 5’8” and weighs 170 lbs. Patient had concerns with enlarged breast tissue with excess skin. Procedures include symptomatic Gynecomastia. The total resection specimen weight for the left breast is 53.4 grams with 50 mL breast lipoaspirate and 47.1 grams with 100 mL breast lipoaspirate for the right breast.

Patient 2807: Patient is a 15-year-old male. He is 5’9” and weighs 189 lbs. Patient had concerns with enlargement of the subareolar glandular tissue, generalized sternal lack of definition of the chest wall with mild lipodystrophy. Procedures include excision of bilateral Gynecomastia with bilateral liposuction and direct excisional removal of enlarged gland tissue. The total resection specimen for the right and left chest was 330 cubic centimeters of lipoaspirate.

Patient 2808: Patient is a 22-year-old male. He is 6’0” and weighs 186 lbs. Patient had bilateral asymmetric Gynecomastia and significant chest wall bony asymmetries with Poland Syndrome of his right side – that is absence of pectoralis major muscle. Procedures included combined liposuction as well as a direct excision of the gland tissue.
