Four Flap

Patient 1304: Patient is a 46-year-old female, mother of 4. She is 5’4” and weighs 133lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34B. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer and underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of DIEP and stacked vertical PAP flaps. Procedures also included fat grating to the breast and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 1305: Patient is a 55-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 169lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 40C. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer/ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of DIEP and PAP flaps. Procedures also included nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a D. 

Patient 1306: Patient is a 58-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 158lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34D. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast carcinoma for which she underwent a right-sided, skin-sparing mastectomy. Procedures include immediate left-sided prophylactic mastectomy with bilateral autologous reconstruction by way of DIEP flaps and vertical PAP flaps. Patient also underwent nipple pigmentation in our office. Post-operative bra size is a 34D.

Patient 1307: Patient is a 59-year-old female, mother of 1. She is 5’7” and weighs 170lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36D. Patient was diagnosed with breast carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies. Procedures included bilateral DIEP and PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a 36D.

Patient 1308: Patient is a 47-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’3” and weighs 122lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a B. Patient was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Procedures include immediate autologous reconstruction with DIEP and PAP flaps. Patient also underwent fat grafting and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a B.

Patient 1309: Patient is a 52-year-old female. She is 5’4” and weighs 124lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34B. Patient was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breast for which she received lumpectomies and radiation therapy. Unfortunately the patient developed cancer again in both breast and underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies. Procedures include immediate autologous reconstruction with DIEP and PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a 34B. 

Patient 1311: Patient is a 43-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 135lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34A. Patient was diagnosed with left-sided breast cancer for which she has undergone previous lumpectomy with chemotherapy. Patient then underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of stacked DIEP/PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 1312: Patient is a 41-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’1” and weighs 118lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 32B. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Procedures include delayed reconstruction of her breast using stacked DIEP/PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 1313: Patient is a 38-year-old female. She is 5’11” and weighs 216lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36B. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer for which she underwent bilateral mastectomies. She received chemotherapy and radiation. Procedures include bilateral delayed breast reconstruction by way of DIEP/PAP flaps. Patient also underwent nipple pigmentation in our office. Post-operative bra size is a D.

Patient 1314: Patient is a 47-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’5” and weighs 140lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34B. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided invasive ductal breast cancer and underwent a medial inferior quadrant lumpectomy. Procedures include autologous reconstruction by way of stacked DIEP flaps on the right side and stacked PAP flaps which was a prophylactic immediate reconstruction on the left side. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 1315: Patient is a 51-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’0” and weighs 125lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34B. Patient was diagnosed with left-sided ductal carcinoma. Procedures include bilateral DIEP/PAP flaps, following bilateral mastectomies. Post-operative bra size is a B.

Patient 1316: Patient is a 55-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’5” and weighs 145lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36A. Patient completed chemotherapy and underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with implant expander based reconstruction. Patient had a failed implant reconstruction and opted to transition to autologous four flap reconstruction to include stacked DIEP and PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 1317: Patient is a 61-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’6” and weighs 165lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36B. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer and underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Procedures include bilateral DIEP/PAP flaps and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size C. 

Patient 1318: Patient is a 37-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 140lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 32B. Patient underwent a left-sided mastectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation. Patient then presented for delayed reconstruction on the left side and immediate reconstruction for the prophylactic mastectomy on the right side. Procedures include four-flap approach with stacked DIEP and PAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a 32B.

Patient 1319: Patient is a 57-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’0” and weighs 134lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34B. Patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Procedures include bilateral DIEP/VPAP flaps. Post-operative bra size is a B.
