Bilateral DIEP with 3D Nipple Tattoo Before/After

Patient 601: Patient is a 37-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’4” and pre-operative weight was 200lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36D. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer for which she underwent right-sided mastectomy with chemotherapy and radiation. Procedures include bilateral DIEP flap, bilateral, and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size was a 36DD and post-operative weight is 185lbs.

Patient 602: Patient is a 62-year-old female, mother of 5. She is 5’4” and weighs 226lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 40DD. Patient has a history of left-sided breast cancer for which she underwent a prior left-sided lumpectomy with chemotherapy. Procedures included bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP flaps and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a D.

Patient 603: Patient is 69-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’2” and weighs 182lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 40DD. Patient has a history of breast carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral mastectomies. Procedures include bilateral DIEP flaps (right breast was delayed, left breast was immediate) and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a 40D. 

Patient 604: Patient is a 47-year-old female, mother of 4. She is 5’7” and weighs 188lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 38C. Patient previously underwent a left-sided lumpectomy for early stages of breast cancer with radiation therapy. After a 2nd lesion was found on her left breast, procedures include bilateral DIEP flaps, following bilateral mastectomies. (Left breast wad delayed and right breast was immediate) Procedures also include abdominal skin flap and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a 40C. 

Patient 605: Patient is a 42-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’6” and weighs 154lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36C. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Procedures include bilateral DIEP flaps, liposuction of hips and flanks, and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a C. 

Patient 606: Patient is a 46-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’8” and her pre-operative weight was 185lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34H. Patient underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP flaps and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative weight is 162lbs and post-operative bra size is 34D. 

Patient 607: Patient is a 35-year-old female, mother of 1. She is 5’0” and weighs 130lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34D. Patient has a history of breast carcinoma for which she underwent a right-sided mastectomy with chemotherapy and radiation. Procedures include bilateral DIEP flaps and nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a D. 

Patient 608: Patient is a 47-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’3” and weighs 125lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a B. Patient was diagnosed with left breast ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP/PAP flaps. Procedures also include bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a B.

Patient 609: Patient is a 64-year-old female. She is 5’4” and weighs 212lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36G. Patient was diagnosed with BRCA 2 genetic mutation and tested positive for breast cancer in the left breast with lumpectomy and radiation. Procedures include bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction and bilateral nipple pigmentation, following bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Post-operative bra size is a D.

Patient 610: Patient is a 54-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’7” and weighs 160lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36B. Patient underwent bilateral prophylactic skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of DIEP flaps. Procedures also included fat grafting and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a B.

Patient 611: Patient is a 46-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’7” and weighs 227lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 40DD. Patient underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous breast reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP flaps. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP flaps. Procedures also included fat grafting and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a D.

Patient 615: Patient is a 49-year-old female, mother of 1. She is 5’1” and weighs 112lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34C. Patient was diagnosed with left-sided invasive ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous DIEP flaps. Procedures also included abdominal scar revision, fat grafting and bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 616: Patient is a 52-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’2” and weighs 202lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 40D. Patient was diagnosed with multifocal left breast DCIS for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. Procedures also included bilateral nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a 40D.

Patient 617: Patient is a 55-year-old female. She is 5’4” and weighs 169lbs. Pre-operative bra size is a 40C. Patient was diagnosed with right-sided breast ductal carcinoma for which she underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous reconstruction by way of bilateral DIEP/PAP flaps. Procedures also included nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a C.

Patient 619: Patient is a 54-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 200lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a C. Patient was diagnosed with left-sided breast cancer and underwent a lumpectomy and radiation. Patient then developed breast cancer on her right side and underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Procedures included bilateral delayed autologous breast reconstruction with DIEP flap. Post-operative bra size is a D. Patient also had nipple-pigmentation performed in our office.
