Breast Reduction

Patient 1101:Patient is a 49-year-old female. She is 5’4” and weighs 146lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 38 C. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction with fat grafting (555 cc high profile silicone implants) and liposuction of the flanks, following bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Post-operative bra size is a 38 C.

Patient 1102: Patient is a 29-year-old female, mother of 4. She is 5’0” and weighs 120lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 A. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction with fat grafting (445 cc round, high profile silicone implants) following bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies. Post-operative bra size is a 36 C.

Patient 206: Patient is a 49-year-old, mother of 2. Her height is 5’8” and she weighs 150 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 B.  Implants are moderate profile, 345 cc silicone.  Post-operative bra size is 36 C.

Patient 207: Patient is a 24–year–old female. Her height is 5’6” and weighs 112 lbs. Pre–operative bra size was 34 A. Implants are high profile, 350 cc saline. Post–operative bra size is 34 D.

Patient 208: Patient is a 28–year–old female. Her height is 5’6” and weighs 117 lbs. Pre–operative bra size was 34 B. Her implants are high profile, 360 cc silicone. Post–operative bra size is 34 C.

Patient 209: Patient is a 26–year–old female. Her height is 5’0” and weighs 138 lbs. Pre–operative bra size was 34 A. Implants are high profile, 360 cc saline. Post–operative bra size is 34 D.

Patient 210: Patient is a 25-year-old female.  Her height is 5’4” and weighs 137 lbs.  Pre-operative bra size was 34 B.  Implants are high profile 460 cc silicone.  Post-operative bra size is 34 DD.

Patient 211: Patient is a 29-year-old female. Her height is 5’2” and she weighs 167 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 B. Implants are moderate profile, 385 cc silicone. Post-operative bra size is 34 C/D.

Patient 212: Patient is a 42-year-old, mother of 2. Her height is 5’7” and she weighs 124 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34 B. Implants are anatomically shaped, 335 cc silicone. Post-operative bra size is 34 D.

Her breast aesthetics is such that she has a relatively wide low-height breast with a short inframammary to nipple distance. We recommended an anatomically-shaped, low-height implant.
