Implant Based Reconstruction Unilateral with Mastopexy

Patient 1201: Patient is a 37-year-old, mother of 2. She is 5’4” and weighs 128 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 C. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction of her right breast (smooth, high profile 550 cc silicone implant) following a mastopexy on her left breast with implant-based reconstruction (moderate profile, 250cc silicone implant). Post-operative bra size is a 34 DD. 

Patient 1202: Patient is a 51-year-old, mother of 4. She is 5’6” and weighs 183 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 D. Procedures include bilateral implant-based reconstruction (R = smooth, cohesive 650 cc and L = smooth, soft touch 310 cc silicone implants) following a right-sided nipple-sparing mastectomy for breast cancer and a left-sided mastopexy. Post-operative bra size is a 36 D. 

Patient 1203: Patient is a 52-year-old, mother of 2. She is 5’10” and weighs 130 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 C. Procedures include bilateral implant-based reconstruction (R = moderate, high full projection, textured shape, 420 cc and L = moderate height, low projection, 285 cc silicone implants) following a right-sided nipple-sparing mastectomy for breast cancer and a left-sided mastopexy. Post-operative bra size is a 34 D.

Patient 1204: Patient is a 41-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’7” and weighs 176 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 38 C. Procedures include breast reconstruction on the right side. Left breast augmentation and mastopexy (moderate height, low projection, 285 cc silicone implant) following a right-sided mastectomy. Post-operative bra size is a 38 C.
