Implant Based Reconstruction

Patient 1001: Patient is a 23-year-old female, mother of 1. She is 5’4” and weighs 120lbs. Patient had breast cancer in her left breast. Procedures included implant-based reconstruction (400 cc smooth silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 B and post-operative bra size is a 34 B.

Patient 1002: Patient is a 51-year-old female, 5’3” and weighs 129 lbs. Procedures included implant-based reconstruction (425 cc textured silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 B and post-operative bra size is a 34 B. 

Patient 1003: Patient is a 54-year-old female, mother of 4. She is 5’1” and weighs 143lbs. Patient has a strong family history of breast cancer. Procedures included implant-based reconstruction (640 cc textured, cohesive, anatomically shaped, silicone implants) following bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Pre-operative bra size was a 38 B and post-operative bra size is a 38 B. 

Patient 1004: Patient is a 53-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’7” and weighs 132lbs. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (425 cc textured shaped, high profile, silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies. Pre-operative bra size was a 34 B and post-operative bra size is a 34 C.

Patient 1005: Patient is a 44-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’2” and weighs 140lbs. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (650 cc high profile, silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies. Pre-operative bra size was a 36D and post-operative bra size is a 36D. 

Patient 1007:  Patient is a 40-year-old female, mother of 2. She is 5’10” and weighs 176 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 38 B. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (525 cc full projection, anatomically shaped, silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies with bilateral implant reconstruction. Post-operative bra size is a 36 B. 

Patient 1008: Patient is a 53-year-old female, mother of 3. She is 5’5” and weighs 167 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 G. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (640 cc moderate height, full projection, anatomically shaped, silicone implants) following bilateral mastectomies. Post-operative bra size is a 36 D. 

Patient 1009: Patient is a 36-year-old female, mother of 1. She is 5’6” and weighs 139lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 B. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (535 cc full height, full projection, anatomically shaped, silicone implants) following bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Procedures include implant-based reconstruction (560 cc extra full profile, cohesive silicone implants) following bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. Patient also underwent nipple pigmentation. Post-operative bra size is a 36 C.
