Implant Exchange

Patient 2001:  Patient is a 34-year-old. Her height is 5’5” and weighs 148 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 36 C. She previously had 280 cc textured saline implants in place, and exchanged for 475 cc round, high profile silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is a 36 D.

Patient 2002:  Patient is a 38-year-old female. Her height is 5’7” and weighs 130 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 36 DD. She previously had saline implants, and one implant ruptured. Exchanged for 370 cc silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is 36 DD.

Patient 2003:  Patient is a 46-year-old female. Her height is 5’6” and weighs 127 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34 D, and previous implants were 420 cc saline. Exchanged for 525 cc, extra-full profile, silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is 525 cc silicone.

Patient 2004:  Patient is a 36-year-old. Her height is 5’4” and weighs 119 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 32 B. She previously had 325 cc saline implants, and due to malposition and hardening of implant, exchanged for 365 cc, full profile silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is a 32 C.

Patient 2005:  Patient is a 31-year-old. Her height is 5’4” and weighs 114 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34CC. Patient previously had saline implants and due to hardening of implants, exchanged for 325 cc, smooth, soft touch, full profile silicone implants. Patient also underwent a total capsulectomy and stratus for internal support. Post-operative bra size is a 34C.

Patient 2006:  Patient is a 57-year-old female. Her height is 5’2” and weighs 112lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 32C. Patient’s previous implants were over 33-years-old which was causing her pain and a grade II capsular contracture in her left breast. Procedures include bilateral removal and replacement. Implants used to replace were smooth, round, full profile, 385cc (right) and 415cc (left) silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is a 32C.
