Mastopexy with Implant Exchange

Patient 1701: Patient is a 38-year-old female with previous breast augmentation. Her height is 5’2” and weighs 124 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34 DD. She previously had saline implants, approximately 325 cc, with rippling and hardening overtime. Bilateral mastopexy performed and exchanged for 420 cc, extra-full profile silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is 32 DD.

Patient 1702: Patient is a 43-year-old with previous breast augmentation. Her height is 5’3” and weighs 140 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34 DDD. Her breasts are asymmetrical, and she previously had saline implants filled to different volumes, approximately 350 cc on the left, and 425 cc on the right. She desires smaller, lifted breasts. Procedures included bilateral mastopexy with exchange to silicone implants, full profile, 265 on the left and 325 cc on the right. Post-operative bra size was a 34 C cup.

Patient 1703: Patient is a 55-year-old female with previous augmentation mastopexy, with desire to exchange to smaller implants. Her height is 5’4” and weighs 160 lbs. She had 360 cc silicone implants, and pre-operative bra size was a 34 DD. Bilateral mastopexy performed with exchange to 220 cc low-profile silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is 34 C.

Patient 1704: Patient is a 37-year-old female with previous augmentation mastopexy. Her height is 5’11” and weighs 157 lbs. She had approximately 350 cc saline implants, and pre-operative bra size was a 34 DDD. Procedures included a revisional mastopexy and exchange to 345 cc moderate profile, silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is 34 DD.

Patient 1705: Patient is a 42-year-old with previous breast augmentation. Her height is 4’10” and weighs 118 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34 C. Bilateral mastopexy performed with exchange from 300 cc saline implants to 290 cc high profile saline implants. Post-operative bra size is 34 D.

Patient 1706: Patient is a 51-year-old female. Her height is 5’7” and weighs 139lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a DD. This patient had previously undergone a saline augmentation several years prior. Implants were drained in our office prior to surgery. Implants were replaced with 225cc smooth, moderate silicone following a bilateral mastopexy. Post-operative bra size is a C. 

Patient 1707: Patient is a 45-year-old female, mother of 2. Her height is 5’4” and weighs 140 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 34DD. Patient had previously undergone a bilateral mastopexy with a low profile, 240cc Style 10 Allergan implant several years prior. Implants were exchanged with 295 cc smooth, round silicone, following a bilateral mastopexy revision. Post-operative bra size is a 34DD.

Patient 1708: Patient is a 41-year-old female, mother of 3. Her height is 5’3” and weighs 127 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 34D. Patient had previously undergone a bilateral mastopexy/reduction with a breast augmentation with saline implants several years prior. Procedures include an implant exchange with 275cc smooth, round silicone and revision of mastopexy. Post-operative bra size is a 34D. 

Patient 1709: Patient is a 53-year-old female, mother of 2. Her height is 5’1” and weighs 107lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 32DD. Procedures include bilateral mastopexy with exchange from 33cc saline implants to smooth, round, low profile, 190cc silicone implants. Post-operative bra size is a 32D.
