This 41-year-old mother of five (5'5") underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks and lateral thighs. She had previously undergone a mini abdominoplasty and experienced two pregnancies afterward. On exam, she presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, fat accumulation in the flanks and lateral thighs, and a transverse scar below the belly button.
