This 49-year-old mother of three (5'5") underwent a full abdominoplasty with circumferential trunk and axillary liposuction following weight loss. On exam, she presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, fat accumulation in the flanks, and stretch marks around and below the belly button. She also had a high-riding umbilicus, and Dr. Delatte planned for an umbilical float technique as part of her abdominoplasty to achieve the best aesthetic outcome.
