Abdominoplasty With Lipo of Flanks

This 41-year-old mother of five (4'10") underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and umbilical hernia repair. She presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, fat accumulation in the flanks, and stretch marks around and below the belly button. A reducible umbilical hernia was also identified and repaired during surgery.
