This 33-year-old mother of two (5'3") underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and umbilical hernia repair following weight loss. On exam, she presented with excess abdominal skin, significant rectus diastasis, generalized poor abdominal muscle tone, fat accumulation in the flanks, and stretch marks around and below the belly button.
