This 38-year-old mother of one (5'4") underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. On exam, she presented with rectus diastasis, stretch marks extending from the belly button area, and fat accumulation in the trunk region. She was an ideal candidate for comprehensive contouring with abdominoplasty and liposuction.
