Patient Details
This patient is in her 40s, 5’5” and 160 lbs. She presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, fat accumulation in the flanks, and a transverse infraumbilical scar on her abdomen from a previous epigastric/abdominal flap used for resurfacing a traumatic right elbow injury. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction, removing 1000 cc from each side.
