This 46-year-old mother of two (5'1") underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. She presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, fat accumulation in the flanks, and stretch marks around and below the belly button. She also had a high-riding umbilicus, which required complete transposition during surgery to achieve an optimal aesthetic result.
