Abdominoplasty With Lipo of Flanks

This 45-year-old mother of two (5'5") underwent an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks. She presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, and a moderate amount of circumferential trunk lipodystrophy, most notably in the flanks.
