Patient Details
55-year-old patient, 5'4" and 170 lbs, diagnosed with right-sided ductal carcinoma. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies followed by immediate autologous breast reconstruction using a 4-flap technique, which included stacked DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) and PAP (profunda artery perforator) flaps.
This combined approach allowed for adequate volume and contour restoration using her own tissue, providing a durable and natural result.
