Patient Details
37-year-old patient, 5'11" and 216 lbs, with a history of right-sided breast cancer treated with bilateral mastectomies, chemotherapy, and radiation. She later presented for delayed autologous breast reconstruction, which was performed using a stacked DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) and PAP (profunda artery perforator) flap technique.
This 4-flap approach utilized tissue from the abdomen and upper thighs to restore breast volume and contour while preserving muscle integrity and supporting a natural aesthetic result.
