
Patient Details
41-year-old patient, 5'7" and 185 lbs, with a history of right-sided breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate autologous breast reconstruction using DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) flaps.
Following surgery, she required radiation therapy to the right chest wall due to mastectomy skin flap loss. In Stage II, she underwent implant placement to address volume loss. In Stage III, she underwent autologous fat grafting and implant exchange to enhance symmetry, improve projection, and achieve a more proportioned result.
