Patient Details
41-year-old patient, 5'5" and 207 lbs, who underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. To address postoperative asymmetry, she later underwent bilateral revision of her reconstruction with high-volume autologous fat grafting and bilateral implant augmentation for improved breast contour and symmetry.
