Patient Details
61-year-old patient, 5'7" and 158 lbs, who underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies via inframammary incisions with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. She had a prior augmentation/mastopexy, and her original implants were preserved at the time of reconstruction. After healing from the DIEP flap, she underwent bilateral implant exchange, bilateral autologous fat grafting to the breasts, excision of excess abdominal skin (dog ears), and bilateral extremity liposuction with BodyTite for contouring.
