Patient Details
44-year-old patient, 5'0" and 125 lbs, who underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies for breast cancer followed by immediate autologous reconstruction with DIEP flaps. Later, to achieve increased breast volume and improved symmetry, she underwent bilateral implant exchange with silicone implants.
