47-year-old patient, 5'5" and 150 lbs, who underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies followed by implant-based breast reconstruction.
She successfully completed Stage 2 of her reconstruction, which involved the exchange of tissue expanders for permanent silicone gel-filled implants. Due to contour irregularities, asymmetry, and thinning of the soft tissue flaps, she was an appropriate candidate for autologous fat grafting to enhance symmetry and improve overall breast contour.
