Patient Details
Patient is 5'9", 151 lbs. Due to a high risk of breast cancer and a positive BRCA mutation, patient underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies. A prepectoral tissue expander placement was performed first, followed by breast reconstruction using 385cc silicone implants.
