Patient Details
Patient is 5'3", 110 lbs. Patient has a history of right-sided breast cancer. She underwent a right-sided skin-sparing mastectomy, followed by right breast reconstruction using a DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) flap. A subsequent procedure included right breast reconstruction revision with bilateral silicone implant placement—220 cc on the right and 295 cc on the left—for improved symmetry. Final touches included nipple pigmentation.
