Patient 03
40-year-old female, 5'6" and 127 lbs, with a history of prior breast augmentation. She presented with inferior malposition of the left implant, lateral displacement, and asymmetry due to decreased upper pole fullness compared to the right side. She underwent revision of the left breast augmentation with placement of an Allergan SFR 385cc implant and internal support using GalaFLEX mesh to restore symmetry and improve implant position.
