Patient Details
31-year-old female, 5'8" and 155 lbs, who presented with significant asymmetry of the breasts, including both soft tissue and underlying bony chest wall differences. She also has a history of scoliosis contributing to the asymmetry. Surgical procedures included left breast augmentation and right breast augmentation with mastopexy to achieve improved symmetry and aesthetic balance.
