Patient Details
41-year-old female, 5'0" and 149 lbs, with a history of left-sided breast cancer treated with upper outer quadrant lumpectomy and adjuvant radiation therapy. She presented with significant volume asymmetry and bilateral grade 3 ptosis, with notable volume loss on the radiated left side. Surgical procedures performed included a right breast reduction and left breast mastopexy to restore symmetry and improve breast contour.
