Central Mound Mastopexy

This patient is in her 30s, stands 5’1”, and weighs 150 lbs. She presented following an 80-pound weight loss with concerns of breast hypertrophy, back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as breast ptosis. She underwent a bilateral central mound mastopexy with Ovitex reinforcement and volume reduction, removing 370 grams from the left breast and 363 grams from the right.
