
Patient Details
This patient is in her 30s, stands 5’2”, and weighs 113 lbs. She presented with breast ptosis and hypertrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, an umbilical hernia, and flank lipodystrophy. Desiring improved abdominal and breast contours, she underwent a bilateral central mound mastopexy with autologous fat grafting using 50 cc to the left breast and 30 cc to the right, a full abdominoplasty, and flank liposuction removing 300 cc from each side.
