This 44-year-old mother of two (5'7") underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks to improve abdominal and trunk contours. She presented with excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, stubborn fat in the flanks, and stretch marks around and below the belly button.
