Implant Based Reconstruction With Fat Grafting

42-year-old patient, 5'6" and 138 lbs, who underwent bilateral skin- and nipple-sparing mastectomies. She proceeded with immediate implant-based breast reconstruction using silicone gel-filled implants.

At Stage 2, due to concerns with implant stability and asymmetry, she underwent revision breast reconstruction. This included autologous fat grafting and reinforcement with acellular dermal matrix (ADM) to improve implant positioning, enhance symmetry, and optimize final contour.
